Amber is in early access. While it is, the service is free: we provision your databases by hand, you use them, and it costs nothing. There is no card to enter because there is nothing to charge.
Paid plans are planned, but tiers and prices are not decided yet — anything we published today would be made up, so we publish nothing. When pricing lands, early-access tenants will hear about it from us directly before anything changes; nobody gets silently converted to a paying plan.
